Flo Consulting + Coaching exists to make Professional Development personal.

My vision with Flo has always been to make coaching accessible to every leader. So after 6 years and over 30 international schools, I am thrilled to be expanding the Flo team with professionally certified coaches who will help reach even more leaders across the world.

About Aleasha – Founder + Flo Designer

 

Aleasha Morris is an Educational Leader and certified Executive Coach. Her professional career has spanned 25 years and 5 countries. An educator and influencer at heart, Aleasha has held numerous teaching, leadership and counseling roles. Her experience in both the public and private international education sectors, gives her a unique insight into the structure and culture of schools. But she’s not stopping there.

For the last decade, Aleasha has extended her experience beyond schools and into transforming Professional Development conversations in every sector. From healthcare, to engineering, to global business, Aleasha is using her unique vantage point and expertise as an educator, to make Professional Development personal….for everyone.

Aleasha wants to move away from the traditional ‘one and done’ method of Professional Development. Her inspiration for Flo Consulting + Coaching comes from knowing the value of conversations that both support and challenge leaders to develop.  Using Strengths as part of her platform, Aleasha customizes Executive Coaching sessions and Professional Development opportunities to address the ongoing needs of Leaders in any context.

Aleasha expertly combines her experience in the areas of Strengths Training and Development, Leadership, Counseling and Organizational Strategy to create powerful learning opportunities for all those who want to maximize their performance.

In addition to her Executive Coaching certification, Aleasha is honoured to have been selected into the first ever Forefront cohort, powered by Marshall Goldsmith 100Coaches. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and French from the University of Saskatchewan, an Education Degree from McGill University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Michigan State. In addition, she has completed post-graduate work in Counseling from Lehigh University and is a certified Solution Focused Therapist.

Lauren is a career educator who has spent 30 years working and leading in international schools on three continents. As a former Principal and now certified Executive Coach, she holds real world insight into the challenges and complexities that leaders face. Lauren has a global reputation for excellence and results. She is a highly sought after facilitator and professional development specialist. She brings a wealth of expertise as a Flo coach and is keenly interested in supporting new principals through their first years and coaching leaders who are tackling transformative change in their schools. As well, Lauren has a unique skill set as a recruiter that she translates into guiding leaders through the many phases of career transition, from resume building and interview preparation to contract negotiation. When she isn’t coaching or thinking about schools and learning, she is reading, running, cooking and hanging out with family and friends.

Holly Reardon

Leadership Coach

Holly Reardon has spent over 20 years in education coaching and developing leaders throughout the USA, Africa, and Asia. She is passionate about adult learning, upskilling, reskilling, and supporting people to unlock their potential – one conversation at a time. Holly joins Flo as a certified Executive and Gallup Strengths coach. As a former Principal and Director of Teaching and Learning, she has developed a global reputation as a deep thinker who likes to connect ideas that disrupt the status quo. An avid reader and learner herself, Holly thrives when she is coaching leaders to deeply understand who they are and where they have the most impact. She is a systems thinker and a game-changing thought partner for any leader looking to create a spark in their organization. She is masterful at helping leaders to develop the small habits that get big results. When she is not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, reading, and traveling.
